Etisalat, the UAE’s leading telecom service provider, and Jumeirah Group, a luxury hotel company, have joined forces to make their rewards programmes inter-convertible.
The deal will provide greater flexibility and increased benefits to members of the Etisalat Rewards and Jumeirah Sirius programmes.
Etisalat Rewards members can redeem their points for hotel stays, dining, shopping and relaxing in luxury at any of the Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts properties by their Etisalat reward points to Jumeirah Sirius points. They can also redeem points for airport transfers or spa visits.
Jumeirah Group Sirius members can convert their points to Etisalat Reward points and redeem them to buy the latest handsets, pay their Etisalat bills, shop at any of Etisalat’s 750 plus partner outlets in the UAE, on the Etisalat online rewards shop and the Etisalat rewards travel portal.

The customers can read more about the points’ conversion on the programme websites. The partnership also welcomes exclusive one-to-on propositions from the brands to the other’s customers.
Etisala’s programme rewards its members on their total relationship with Etisalat by connecting all their accounts, thus earning points on all Etisalat services they use including Wasel prepaid, postpaid, landline and eLife.
Jumeirah Group operates a hotels and resorts in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Kuwait, Baku (Azerbaijan), Maldives, Shanghai, Frankfurt, Veneto (Rome), Mallorca (Spain), Istanbul and London.
