Batelco, the Kingdoms leading Telecommunications Company and Gulf Air, Bahrain’s National airline have announced an added benefit for their customers. Members of Batelco Al Dana Club and Gulf Air’s Frequent flyer programme can now benefit from a strategic partnership signed recently between both companies.
Batelco’s Al Dana Club members will be provided with Gulf Air Silver Frequent Flyer cards to accumulate Frequent Flyer miles, when they pay their Batelco bills. These miles can then be used towards payment for buying tickets to travel on Gulf Air to any of its destinations all over the world.
Furthermore, Gulf Air’s Gold Frequent flyer members, who are Batelco users, will be provided with special offers from Batelco on Postpaid, Smart Phone and Broadband Packages exclusively.
Al Dana Club is Batelco’s exclusive Customer Relationship programme for residential customers who meet a number of set requirements based on long term loyalty to Batelco’s products and services. The exclusive Club has been in operation for a number of years and Batelco regularly adds new special benefits for its members.
During 2010, Batelco unveiled exclusive Al Dana Club counters, which provide ‘red carpet’ treatment for its members, at Batelco’s Retail Shops in City Centre Mall, Seef Mall, Gosi Centre, Isa Town Mall and Hamad Town.
All Al Dana Club members are also entitled to a free Al Dana Dining Club card which entitles the bearer to receive discounts at hundreds of outlets throughout Bahrain including restaurants, hotels, beauty salons and coffee shops and at thousands of international locations also.
Among the additional privileges enjoyed by each Al Dana customer is access to a dedicated account manager to provide round the clock assistance with any telecom request. Al Dana Club members can also look forward to special offers and promotions throughout the year and be the first to be offered Batelco’s new products and services.
