Batelco Announces its Support for Bahrain International Airshow 2012

Batelco, Bahrain’s leading integrated communications provider, has announced its sponsorship of the Bahrain International Airshow 2012 which will take place at the Sakhir Airbase from January 19^th to 21^st, 2012.

Batelco Chairman of the Board Sh. Hamad bin Abdulla Al Khalifa and Farnborough International LTD Exhibition director Amanda Stainer signed the sponsorship contract with the organizing committee of the Bahrain International Airshow at the Paris Airshow 2011 in France.

Their cooperation with government agencies for the sponsorship of this event is an excellent example of cooperation between the private and public sectors,” said Captain Abdulrahman Mohammed Al-Gaoud, vice-president of the Bahrain International Airshow Organizing Committee and Undersecretary for Civil Aviation (CAA).
“We are truly pleased to partner-up with Batelco once again and look forward to another successful Airshow that brings international representatives of the industry to Bahrain,” he added.
