Batelco Launches Full Number Flexibility for Fixed Services

As part of its ongoing commitment to enhance services for customers, Batelco, the Kingdom’s leading telecommunications company has launched Full Number Flexibility for its fixed services, PSTN and ISDN. With Batelco’s Next Generation Network, it is now possible to relocate your business or move house and still keep your Batelco fixed number regardless of the location.
Being able to move anywhere in Bahrain and still keep all your registered fixed numbers is considered a big benefit for businesses as it saves considerable costs by not having to reprint all the business related stationery including letterheads, business cards and advertising materials.
“Businesses with widely recognized numbers or households with distinguished numbers can relocate anywhere within Bahrain and take their number with them,” said Batelco Group General Manager Media Relations Ahmed Al Janahi.
Moreover, Batelco is introducing a new fixed number range 17xxxxxx for the launch, where customers can select any number from 17000000 to 17009999.
