Nawras, Oman’s customer friendly communications provider has announced that in addition to using a credit card, customers can now conveniently use a debit card from BankMuscat through MyNawras to pay their bills or recharge online.  This is the latest free service introduced to make it even easier to pay bills or recharge online.
With a BankMuscat debit card, payments via MyNawras are made online instantly.  As with locally issued credit cards, Nawras Ajel customers can choose to pay any amount up to 150 Omani Rials weekly and Nawras Mousbak customers can credit their account for up to 10 Omani Rials daily.
MyNawras is a free self-care service showing bill details and account balances in a confidential and secure way.  A simple online registration is the only requirement to begin using the service.  Each subsequent access to MyNawras simply requires the input of the password and login name that were created on the first visit.
MyNawras is accessible online via www.nawras.om.  There is no charge for using this secure service through any access point.
Ammar Al-Lawati, Nawras Product Manager, said, “We are constantly making it easier for our valued customers to pay their bills and buy credit.  BankMuscat customers can now use their debit card to pay for Nawras services through the secure channel of MyNawras. This is the latest addition to the myriad of payment choices we offer customers and follows the recent introduction of credit card payment at our self service machines.”
In addition to accepting credit cards and BankMuscat debit cards via MyNawras and through self-service machines, Nawras offers a variety of additional payment methods and recharge options to make it easy for customers to choose the option that best suits their requirements.  Full details of all payment services can be seen by visiting the website at www.nawras.om.
Customers can also use the free Nawras iPhone and iPad MyNawras App to view their bills and prepaid balance as well as check their usage history for calls, SMS and value added services, all with complete confidence and security.  The MyNawras App also enables customers to report a lost SIM-card in a quick and easy way.
Nawras people are living the customer experience every day in order to deliver an award-winning level of pleasingly different service to delight customers with every aspect of their communications experience.
