Another Nawras ‘first’ makes it easier for customers to pay
Nawras customers can now swipe their locally issued credit or debit card in any Nawras self-service machine, to conveniently pay Nawras Ajel postpaid bills or recharge Nawras Mousbak prepaid accounts. Nawras, Oman’s customer friendly communications provider, promised to make it easier for customers to buy, pay and get help and today with another Nawras ‘first’, the company is continuing to deliver on that promise.
This introduction of this new payment method enables Nawras Ajel customers to settle postpaid accounts up to a weekly total of 150 Omani Rials. Nawras Mousbak accounts can be recharged up to a maximum of 10 Omani Rials in any 24-hour period.
There are currently 55 self-service machines in the most convenient locations all over the Sultanate of Oman where customers can make payments for mobile as well as Home Broadband and Voice services.
Self-service machines are accessible on a 24-hour basis at Oman Oil stations at Al Khoudh, Ghala, Al Hail north, Mabelah south, Qurum Heights, Rustaq, Sohar, Samail, Qalaat Alawmer and Al Dahareez.
Ammar Al-Lawati, Nawras Product Manager, said, “We are constantly looking for new ways to enrich the lives of people in Oman through better communication services and with this handy new payment method we are making it easier to pay for many of our customers who prefer to use a credit or debit card.”
