Nawras slashes prices of plug and play mobile internet modems and router

Nawras, Oman’s customer friendly communications provider, has made it even easier to get online by slashing the prices of its plug and play mobile internet modems and router.  Customers can now buy an E173 modem from as little as 15 Omani Rials including a Nawras Ajel postpaid SIM-card.
When choosing to surf in style with the pink or white E173 modem, customers will receive a free Nawras Ajel postpaid SIM card and a lanyard too.  Alternatively, if a Nawras Mousbak prepaid option is preferred, this can be purchased separately and the easy-to-use USSD application can be used for balance checking as well as recharge. Prepaid customers can subscribe to any prepaid broadband internet bundle directly from the modem software.
While single customers might choose the E173 modem, the E5 II at just 40 Omani Rials allows customers to conveniently set up their own Wi-Fi internet spot for up to five people. This is ideally suited for use by a group of colleagues or students working in one location, for example. The E5 II modem can be connected to a phone, tablet or laptop at any location and features a Micro SD card slot, SMS and USSD services.
Small businesses and even large families can now benefit from the lower priced B260a router which enables up to 32 customers to enjoy an internet connection at the same time, through the one unit. Convenience and great value are combined in this slim line router which is now retailing from all 25 Nawras Stores for only 59 Omani Rials.
The B260a router is an easy and convenient way for multiple customers to get Wi-Fi internet access at the same time.  Featuring an easy plug and play option, the router comes with a free desktop antenna designed to boost coverage. The router includes a free Nawras Ajel post paid SIM-card and a telephone port.
The low priced modems are available to all customers who subscribe to any of the great value mobile broadband internet plans from Nawras.  Without a subscription, the E173 is 18 Omani Rials and the E5 II is 45 Omani Rials.
Shadli Al-Abdusalam, Nawras Section Head VAS, said, “Nawras always offers the latest technology and value for money. Following the recent introduction of lower prices for mobile internet bundles we are now making it even easier for more customers to start enjoying pleasingly different internet services from Nawras.”
