OSN launches four additional HD channels

OSN has strengthened its HD line-up with four brand new world-renowned channels bringing the line-up of high definition channels to seventeen. The newly improved package offers more HD channels than any other TV platform in the region and is in line with OSN’s promise to deliver a clear, crisp and compelling television experience.
National Geographic Channel HD, Star Movies HD, Star World HD and Nat Geo Adventure HD join a variety of leading HD channel brands that includes Sky News HD, Discovery HD Showcase and OSN’s own channels OSN First HD and OSN Movies HD. In addition leading entertainment channels Crime and Investigation and ITV Granada have been added to the OSN channel line-up.
With growing consumer demand for the richer, more immersive experience of HD, OSN customers have access to a wide range of high-quality content all in crystal clear sound and stunning picture quality in true 1080i.
The region’s first bouquet of high definition channels is now being enjoyed by a large percentage of OSN customers, the addition of the extra HD channels responds to the increasing customer demand for high quality programming with the intensity and vividness of HD.
