“PTCL awards its Top Agent of Outbound Contact Center Rawalpindi”

In recognition of her outstanding efforts for provision of best customer outreach services by Pakistan Telecommunications Company Ltd (PTCL), Humaira Riaz was given the “Top Agent of the Contact Center Award” at the Annual Dinner Gala and Awards Ceremony of PTCL Contact Center Rawalpindi. PTCL Outbound Contact Center, Rawalpindi reaches out to customers spread all over Pakistan for conducting telemarketing, feedback and other outreach activities. Ms.Riaz received her award from PTCL Senior Executive Vice President Commercial, Naveed Saeed (center), who was the chief guest on the occasion. PTCL’s Executive Vice President Contact Centers, Junaid Azim (left); EVP Business Zone North, Abdul Sattar Naeem; EVP Customer Care, Mohammad Kamran Malik; General Manager HR Aslam Baloch, and other dignitaries were also present.
