Comptel sets up new Egypt office

Egypt: Comptel Corporation, a key provider of telecom business and operations software and services, has opened a new office in Egypt as part of its Middle East and Africa (MEA) expansion plans.
The new office, located at Smart Village in Cairo, will be headed by Ahmed Hamza, head of cluster, Egypt & Saudi Arabia.
Complementing its MEA headquarters in Dubai and the regional office in Cape Town, South Africa, Comptel’s new Cairo will include both sales and service teams deployed to ensure rapid and effective customer and business service support.
“This move is part of our strategic vision to have a stronger presence within the Egyptian market and engage more directly with our customer base in this region,” remarked Syed Veqarul Islam, senior vice president, Middle East & Africa, Comptel.
“We have also identified a strong demand for our solution portfolio within the market amongst CSPs looking to improve their own customer interactions and service offerings, and, in turn, expand their businesses,” Islam noted.
“Our customer engagement solutions will not only help CSPs foster more meaningful relationships with their subscribers, but also bring customers closer to their interests and allow them to better connect to their family and friends,” he added.-TradeArabia News Service
