"STC Group" exhibits a distinguished experiences in the "Social Responsibility Exhibition" next Sunday

STC Group to exhibit a long years experience of community responsibility in the field during its participation in the “Gallery of Social Responsibility”, which will be kicked off of its second assembly next Sunday over three days between April 15 to 17, under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Salman bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, at the Intercontinental Hotel – Riyadh.
An integrated team from STC will provide a full overview to all “STC” pavilion visitors, which was put up in the exhibition on the overall achievements in the area of social responsibility, which includes a series of worthy and excellent programs that have accomplished a successful interaction channels with the local community through strategic initiatives that have achieved high response in terms of the set objectives and the implementation tools with the local development goals and the realization of the community comprehensive capabilities.
As the STC experience substantially reflects its leading contribution in terms of local development planning in the private sector, Eng. Nawaaf AlShalani, General Manager of Corporate Communication at “STC”, stated that “STC is proud to launch its social responsibility programs ‘Loyalty to the Homeland’. Mr. AlShalani added that this is national duty carrying multiple and comprehensive programs of social responsibility, in which the group is keen to contribute through them permanently to serve all members of society, as an inevitable result of the perceived size of the social responsibility along with the honor of providing an integrated package in multiple areas.
Eng. Al-Shalani has pointed out that “the Group had crossed all barriers targeting regional and remote areas in the Kingdom in setting outstanding social responsibility programs; in addition to working constantly to achieve quality partnerships with professional bodies and organizations from the public, private sectors and civil society institutions, for integration purposes, which brought us to a stage where we were able to build up unconventional programs that consist developed content that is capable of generating a significant change within a qualitative and modern implementation mechanisms”.
The group participation in the exhibition is expected to create a center of attention of both visitors and STC social network followers, which will hold throughout the exhibition all informative messages and facts and figures about the overall social responsibility programs launched by STC.
Engineer Al-Shalani confirmed that “Saudi Telecom has made a quantum leap by providing a wider sphere for the social responsibility away from the border of traditional tools, by giving it a further dimension that makes the social network a platform to launch, save time and money and contribute to the sustainable development of community, including for example; adaptation of technology in supporting charitable work and organizations in the Kingdom, where it has facilitated for customers to donate to 70 official charities working in the Kingdom through aservice number (Short code) to donate”.
