STC to offer HTC Windows Phone 8X in Saudi Arabia

Saudi operator STC has signed an agreement with HTC and Microsoft under which it will offer the new HTC Windows Phone 8X exclusively in Saudi Arabia. The agreement comes concurrently with the Gitex exhibition. STC will be able to introduce the HTC Windows Phone 8X in November. Jon French, VP for MEA at HTC, said the partnership is part of its vision to form long-term, positive and mutually rewarding relationships with major partners in the region.
The HTC Windows Phone 8X is resilient and flexible, and offers vivid images using a 2.1mp, f/2.0 camera, and with a high0precision front-facing camera, a sensitive 8mp CMOS rear-facing camera and an f/2.0 lens accompanied by an LED flash, and a high precision 28mm lens. The HTC Windows Phone 8X comes fully loaded with a memory card, a Beats Audio Integration system, which offers real-time stereo-quality sounds, in addition to an LCD2 high definition screen.
