Viva Bahrain offers handset replacement service

Viva Bahrain has announced that it is providing a handset replacement service for all phones sold through its shops, where customers will be able to return and exchange faulty devices within seven days of purchase. The services will also entitle customers to a one-year warranty on their handsets as well as a replacement handset if the original was found to be faulty within 7 days of purchase. A replacement will be issued if the handset had no display, faulty buttons or wires and wireless functions, or had microphone problems.
