Batelco, as part of its commitment to training and development has recently held a graduation ceremony to celebrate the success of 54 staff who successfully completed their Sales Academy training programme.
Batelco Sales Academy, forms part of Batelco Training Centre’s programme of courses aimed at meeting the needs of the Company and delivering excellent training opportunities for Batelco’s talented staff. This training targeting sales forces in the Enterprise Division and started in 2010.
By participating in this 2-year programme, participants will be able to:
• Increase Sales force ability to gain a deeper understanding of their customers’ business.
• Sales made will be based on a solution/value based methodology (consultative selling).
• Sales managers are taught, equipped to support and coach their people in both informal and formal situations.
The programme includes eight Modules: – Consultative Selling Skills, Negotiation Skills, Dynamic Selling, Presentation Skills, Planning For Key Accounts, Strategic Prospecting, Territory Selling Strategies, Executive Selling & Reconnect Sessions.
The Graduation Ceremony was attended by Batelco Bahrain HR General Manager Suhaila Alnowakhda, Manager HR Training & Development Shaikh Bader Al Khalifa and Business Division General Manager Adel Daylami, along with other staff and officials.
Mrs. Alnowakhda congratulated the sales graduates praising them for their hard work and saying that Batelco Bahrain’s management was very proud of the group for their excellent achievements.
“The training programme will undoubtedly benefit the graduates personally as well in their roles supporting Batelco’s strategy to deliver the best products and services for our customers,” she said.
