stc has completed its preparations for the launch of the Formula 1 stc Saudi Arabian Grand Prix 2021 in Jeddah, providing the F1 circuit and all associated event venues with the latest technical equipment, including digital services and high-speed technologies. High-speed internet circuits of 29 Gbps were installed, in addition to 14 fixed and 5G mobile communication towers covering all race locations, which will allow attendees and followers of the event to enjoy a rich digital experience.
On this occasion, Prince Mohammed Bin Khalid Al-Abdullah Al-Faisal, Chairman of the Board of Directors of stc Group, said: “At stc Group, we are proud to support the Formula 1 stc Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, one of the largest sporting events hosted by the Kingdom; it’s a gateway for hosting other similar international events in line with the objectives of The Kingdom’s Vision 2030, aiming at improving the quality of life.”

The Jeddah Corniche Circuit is the fastest F1 street circuit and the second longest track in F1 history, right after Belgium’s Spa-Francorchamps. The circuit will feature a record 27 turns, more than any other circuits in the world. With many more record-breaking design features, the Jeddah street circuit will surely push drivers to give their best to win a place on the podium.
