Collabonation this time comes with a documentary that tells of cross generational collaboration through trips to four cities in Indonesia. This documentary is also the closing of series campaign independence IM3 Ooredoo after previously releasing the video Satu Satu – Bersatu untuk Merdeka by Iwan Fals, collaborating with Hindia, Rendy Pandugo, and Petra Sihombing, as well as the Collabonation of the Independence Concert ‘Bersatu for Merdeka’. Through Collabonation Road to Unity – Bersatu to Bangkit, IM3 Ooredoo will continue to strengthen the message of unity and collaboration to rise together. This documentary series which consists of four episodes, will air its first episode premiere on September 24, 2021, on YouTube IM3 Ooredoo.
Through Collabonation Road to Unity – Bersatu untuk Bangkit, IM3 Ooredoo invites young Collabonation musicians including Iga Massardi, Kunto Aji, Sal Priadi, Petra Sihombing, Asteriska, and Rendy Pandugo to travel across cities to meet senior musicians and artists from 4 cities in Java and Bali such as Barata Sena & Gondrong Gunarto (Solo), Shaggydog (Yogyakarta), Mocca (Bandung), and Navicula (Denpasar). This documentary will in-depth narrate the journey by showing various productive activities and how senior artists and musicians can continue to work, collaborate, and survive together even in difficult situations like now. They will also discuss and share experiences on their efforts and roles in working hand in hand to overcome the current challenging situation in their environment or community so they can continue to strive to rise together.
The spirit of unity and collaboration is continuously being ignited between Collabonation musicians and the senior artists and musicians through collaborative musical performances that have never been seen before.

In addition to sharing experiences and stories from the senior artists and musicians from the four cities, this documentary series will also feature special collaborative musical performances. By combining music and art backgrounds, the audience will enjoy a mesmerizing performance that represents the uniqueness of each of the four cities.

Speaking on behalf of the collaborating senior musicians, Heru Shaggydog, explained, “In our life, we must be ‘migunani tumramping liyan’, we must be mutually beneficial to one another. Because in this pandemic, our main priority should be about how we can help each other. Think about what we, as citizens, can do to help and how we can synergize with all of these elements. In times like this, we have to be able to see the silver lining. As for us, we chose to use this time to explore and experiment and how we can create more initiatives that can give a social impact.”
Collabonation Road to Unity – Bersatu untuk Bangkit is a manifestation of IM3 Ooredoo’s consistency to always be present in the community in giving a spirit of optimism, and a reminder to others that we all need each other. We need to unite to rise and fight together.
