During the discussion, Al-Hammad, as well as the other panelists, discussed the impact of people analytics for a new world of work, key trends shaping the future of HR in the MENA region, the amount of mobility, autonomy, and flexibility an organization can entrust in its employees, and how technology is helping HR leaders manage a dispersed workforce. Al-Hammad shared his insights on the impact of data-driven HR strategies in driving business growth for stc, and how to continuously empower and enhance the employee experience.
