The 29th annual Global Mobile Awards recognises the major players, individuals and governments at the forefront of innovation and positive change in the mobile ecosystem and adjacent industries
The GSMA announced the winners of the 29th annual Global Mobile (GLOMO) Awards during a ceremony hosted today at the MWC Debate Stage in Hall 6.
New this year are six categories created especially for the 2024 edition of the Awards – Best AI Innovation; Best Mobile Innovation for Enhancing the Lives of Children and Young People; Best Non-terrestrial Network Solution; Best Private Network Solution; the GSMA Foundry Innovation Award; and the Open Gateway Challenge.
The GLOMO Awards represent the connectivity industry’s most prestigious accolade, honouring the companies, individuals and governments driving innovation and positive change in the mobile ecosystem and adjacent industries. With 30 awards available across six categories, the winners are chosen by a panel of over 220 independent judges representing the industry’s most prominent subject matter experts.
During his opening remarks at the ceremony, John Hoffman, CEO of GSMA Ltd. said, “Winning a GLOMO Award means achieving the highest form of recognition from your peers across the connectivity industry.
