Abdelaziz bin Abdullah Al-Sugair has been appointed the chairman of the board of directors of Saudi Telecom Co. until the end of its current session. He succeeds former board Chairman Mohammed bin Suleiman Al-Jasser.
Mohamed bin Abdullah Al-Kharashi is the new vice-chairman, according to a statement.
The STC announcement follows the recent assembly meeting of the board. The board also named sub-committees.
