Ayaadi Launches Ershad Project in Collaboration with Ministry of Education

Etisalat’s Corporate Social Responsibility Initiative- Ayaadi announced today the launch of Ershad project in collaboration with the UAE’s Ministry of Education. The program aims at enhancing skills of the teaching staff by providing them with tools to develop the learning process. Ershad Program was launched in the presence of His Excellency Humaid Bin Mohammed Al Qutami, Minister of Education and His Excellency Omar Bin Huraiz, Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Ayaadi. 100 teachers and counselors who will be selected to attend the training program that will help them cope with latest developments in the education field and get acquainted with the most effective teaching methods.

H.E Humaid Bin Mohammed Al Qutami, Minister of Education said in his speech, “We would like to thank Etisalat for sponsoring this training program. We praise the corporation’s commitment to bring the most experienced organizations in the field of education consultancy to develop the skills of nationals employed in the educational sector. Etisalat is well known for its strategic partnerships and initiatives aimed at supporting the education process and systems in the country. In line with this commitment, the Ershad program will help advance the performance levels of nationals in educational institutions.”
In his speech at the occasion, H.E Omar Bin Huraiz said, “Since the inception of Ayaadi, we have launched several initiatives to make meaningful changes for the benefit of our country. These efforts have focused primarily on projects related to the education sector which we believe plays a significant role in the development of our Emirati society.”
Bin Huraiz added, “In general, the project will help promote the learning process by providing teachers and counselors with valuable information about latest teaching methods. It will enable them to build a generation that is highly educated and is able to achieve dynamic results.”
Ayaadi constantly focuses and prioritises projects that are related to the educational sector, such as the e-library project and ‘The Etisalat Award for Learning Resources’.
