China Unicom Beijing selects Alcatel-Lucent Motive Broadband Services Care offering
China Unicom Beijing (Beijing Unicom) has selected Alcatel Lucent’s external link Motive Broadband Services Care offering to enhance their high-speed Internet customer experience.
The Motive offering provides intelligent and flexible next-gen customer care tools for both self- and assisted-care, simplifying customer care by putting the power to resolve common technical support issues in the hands of consumers.
In addition, the offering will equip Beijing Unicom’s frontline help desk agents with advanced problem resolution tools that quickly and efficiently resolve issues, said the company.
