PCCW Teleservices receives 5 contact center awards
PCCW Teleservices has won two gold medal awards for Best Inbound Contact Centre Quality Assurance Professional and Best Inbound Contact Centre of Team Leader (Southern China), and three bronze medal awards for Best Offshore Contact Centre, Best Contact Centre in Training & People Development, and Best Outbound Contact Centre Manager.
The event, organized by the Hong Kong Call Centre Association (HKCCA), aims to recognize the best of the best within the contact center industry in Hong Kong, Macau and Southern China, to inspire excellence and continuous improvement, and to learn and share best practices in contact center management. This is the 12th year in a row that PCCW Teleservices has been honored.
The judges from HKCCA recognized that a PCCW Teleservices contact center tailored for a leading online travel agency has become a showcase of offshore account management implementation. They were also impressed by PCCW Teleservices’ people development and e-learning programs which address the need to have stronger middle management and offer greater flexibility to trainees who can choose when to learn based on their own shift arrangement.
