STC Launches its Services’ Application on Android Market
STC introduced its services’ application on Android Market which was especially developed by the company to enable customers to enjoy different services it offers, such as getting information about fixed phone services (home broadband packages, voice services and internet services), previewing phone bills, seeing the saving keys’ features and the possibility of controlling it, view bills in an innovative way that allows customer to easily preview them, in addition to monitoring the consumption of Quick net, with fixing the start and end date of the current package, and the possibility of easily changing the managed number through the program’s settings.
The new application allows customer to log on to program via (khidmati) account, or simply initiate new account via the program, if he was not already registered, retrieve username and password in case of loss, in addition to using the speed log on feature when doesn’t want to use (khidmati) account.
It is worth mentioning that STC had previously offered its iphone customers an application for its services on App Store which enables customer to benefit from all services introduced by the company on (khidmati) portal.
Launching such applications comes as an affirmation from the company to its carefulness about customers and as corroboration to its orientation to facilitate its services by innovating new modern ways that make getting information an easy job for customers, and realize flexibility and efficiency.
