Qubee launches prepaid Wimax services

Pakistan: Pakistani Wimax provider Qubee has introduced prepaid services. A prepay starter package costs PKR 500 and comes with 5 GB valid for thirty days. Customers need a Qubee Shuttle to connect to the service which offers internet access at 512 Kbps. Scratch-card top-ups start at PKR 100 for 1 GB and a validity of three days, followed by PKR 250 for 3 GB valid for seven days, and a scratch card priced at PKR 500 for 5 GB valid for fifteen days. Qubee also offers 10 GB for PKR 1,000 which is valid for thirty days.
