VIVA relocates its customer service centre to Seef

VIVA Bahrain relocated its Service centre to Seef District, to cater to their client’s telecommunication needs through an easily accessible location and offer a better customer experience.
Located on the ground floor of the TJ Tower (next to Ministry of industry and Commerce) in Seef, the new VIVA Service Centre is furnished with state-of-the art equipment and is more spacious than its current service centre in Tubli, which will continue to operate and serve customers until the middle of September 2012.
VIVA’s new Customer Service Centre will be a ‘one-stop shop’ for customers to experience VIVA’s innovative products and solutions including Broadband activation for both post-paid and pre-paid connections, bill payments, landline services, fixing phones, replacing damaged or lost SIM cards in addition to offering Apple services and handling repairing and replacement of iPhones.
“VIVA has always strived to offer great service and be focused to customers’ needs through our outlets, products ensuring they have the best telecommunications experience with us,” Andrew Hanna, VIVA CCO said.
“With our new Service Centre in Seef, now at a more convenient location, this will enable us to deliver high on customer satisfaction and respond to their needs more effectively.”
