Azercosmos continues to export its knowledge on managing radio frequencies in the space sector to other countries. This time, the intellectual product developed as an Azerbaijani brand in the space field was presented to representatives from the Communication Institute of the Mozambique Administration.
As part of the training program, Mozambican representatives were provided with fundamental technical knowledge on radio frequency management. They were taught about the processes for determining specific orbital positions for each country and preparing relevant applications for satellite and Earth stations. Additionally, the rules approved by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) regarding satellite issues, which are currently in force, were explained in detail. It should be noted that, in addition to satellite services, Azercosmos has been exporting space knowledge since last year. This training program, which includes modules on proper and structured coordination at the international level of radio frequency management, is offered to developing countries in Africa, Central Asia, and the Middle East.
