PTCL 3G EVO Wireless Broadband Internet best rated project in LUMS

Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has been honored by Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) by declaring 3G EVO Wireless Broadband amongst the prestigious university’s highest rated project for 2012 Master of Business Administration (Executive)  dissertation.
This recognition came as PTCL Senior Manager Wireless-GTR Syed Umer Farooq selected 3G EVO Wireless Broadband Internet as the subject of his final dissertation of EMBA. Umer’s project “Making EVO a Bigger Success” supervised by Prof. Dr. Syed Zahoor Hassan was rated the best project.
Rector LUMS, Abdul Razak Dawood awarded the LUMS Deans’ Honor List Shield to Umer at the annual ‘Graduate Night 2012’ held at LUMS. Umer’s EMBA studies were sponsored by PTCL as part of its employee improvement initiative.
Earlier this year, PTCL Senior Manager Wireless Products, Shafqaat H. Shah received the “10th Teradata National IT Excellence Award” (Excellence in Project Management) for 3G EVO Wireless Broadband Internet project by world’s leading analytic data solutions company, Teradata.
