Tadiran Telecom Unveils Aeonix, a New Software Based Unified Communications and Collaboration Solution

Aeonix Delivers Unmatched Versatility, Simplicity, and Adaptability for Customers Ranging from 10 to 25,000 Users
Tadiran Telecom, a leader in communications solutions, announced the launch of Aeonix,   a new Unified Communications and Collaboration Solution that consolidates disparate business applications into a single communications platform and is designed to grow and adapt intelligently to changing customer needs.  Aeonix utilizes the latest server based softswitch technologies and it features robust fault tolerance, an open architecture, and a simple intuitive management interface.  Aeonix can be deployed in a private cloud environment or as an on-premise solution.
“Aeonix was designed to intuitively address current and future challenges in enterprise communications,” said Eldad Barak, President and CEO of Tadiran Telecom.  “The unique versatility and scalability of Aeonix allows customers to retain and optimize legacy investments while growing and adapting seamlessly to future needs.  Aeonix is bundled with applications that include; powerful contact center solutions, and UC&C applications that make it an exceptional value,” continued Barak.
Aeonix’s scalability can extend customer networks based on current demand and changing needs. The open architecture allows customers the flexibility to buy and install only what they currently need, and to add users, remote locations, and additional applications as they become necessary, by just acquiring software licenses. Included with Aeonix is an intuitive user interface for unified management of all system services and applications. Adding users, remote sites, or applications to one Aeonix server, is the same as adding them to every server in the network.
In addition, Aeonix is a Linux based solution that supports open protocols such as SIP (unmodified), CSTA, and web services, allowing seamless integration with a variety of common applications and the ability to add user specific devices to the system (BYOD).
An Aeonix system can consist of one or many distributed servers, with each server providing 100{e1f18614b95d3cd6e4b3128e1cd15d99b042a60a5a19c19b7a8e07e7495efa10} application functionality. Aeonix automated network diagnostics and recovery mechanisms deliver the highest levels of fault tolerance and resilience.
