“Technology Awareness Session” arranged by Wateen Telecom and Cisco Pakistan

Wateen Telecom, one of the leading unified communications solution provider in Pakistan arranged a seminar in collaboration with Cisco Pakistan on Tuesday, January 29, 2013 at Pearl Continental Hotel Karachi. The seminar titled “Technology Awareness Session” was arranged in order to bring forward the accessibilities that unified communications can offer, allowing their business partners to optimize their productivity, achieve their goals and at the same time reducing costs and improving management.
GM EBU Wateen Telecom, Mr. Hamid Mohiuddin initiated the seminar by highlighting the requirement of a “Digitalized Pakistan’’ and Wateen’s role in making this dream a reality. Channel Manager Cisco Pakistan, Mr. Baber Shahbaz, followed the address by informing the attendees about Cisco’s new initiatives of Cloud Computing and Big data. Head of Products Wateen, Mr. Syed Mohammad Kashif, presented Wateen Telecom’s portfolio, underlining the unique skill-set and range of services Wateen Telecom possesses and is capable of providing to all of its customers.

The seminar was appreciated by the attendees and they commented it as a good gesture and a better way of simultaneously increasing awareness of the problems at hand and promoting their services.
