Zain Jordan links optical fibers line to Iraq

Dr. Abdulmalek Al-Jaber, CEO of Zain Jordan, part of Kuwait’s Zain Group, has announced the full hook-up of its network to neighbouring Iraq via an optical fibre cable, Kuna has reported. The network has been linked to the network of the Iraqi telecommunication corporation through the optical fibers cable that ends in Baghdad, he said. “The hook-up enables the company to enter the Iraqi market and offer internet services with higher speed and broad band solutions that meet the needs of our customers there,” he said.
