Arabsat announces the appointment of Dr. Badr Alsuwaidan as its new President and Chief Executive Officer. With over 25 years of experience in the space industry, Dr. Badr has demonstrated proven leadership across multiple disciplines, including satellite operations, engineering, and strategic development.
Since 2020, Dr. Badr has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Technical Officer, where he played a pivotal role in enhancing operational performance and driving technological advancement. His leadership has been instrumental in elevating Arabsat’s capabilities and reinforcing its position in the global satellite communications sector.
Dr. Badr’s appointment marks a period of rapid industry evolution, creating new opportunities for Arabsat to lead, innovate, and drive sustainable growth.
