Hisham Baker is the lucky winner of du’s ‘The Green Hornet’ Movies on Demand competition

du has announced Hisham Baker as the winner of its ‘The Green Hornet’ Movies on Demand competition, held last month. Mr. Baker is the winner of a 40-inch Sony Bravia 3D TV, by just ordering ‘The Green Hornet’ through du’s Movies on Demand service.
“It was a pleasant surprise to win this television, especially since it’s the latest one with internet connectivity, and all the features you could want. We’re very happy with our new TV, and we’re all very excited to see what competitions du comes up with in the future, especially for On Demand Club,” said Mr. Baker. He stated that the actual winners are his two children, Ryan, 8 and Jad, 6.
“Every weekend, both my children review the latest Movies on Demand releases, and we select a movie to watch. It has actually become a ritual in our household,” he continued.
Mr. Baker continued by saying that the Movies on Demand service from du is ‘perfect’, and that he was looking forward to watching the new releases on his new Sony Bravia television.
Movies on Demand is available to all du TV customers by clicking the Video on Demand button on their remote control. The service offers a comprehensive library of DVD titles from Arabic Cinema, Hollywood and Bollywood, available at the customer’s convenience and with the option to pause, rewind and fast-forward at leisure. Movies can be purchased from as little as AED7 per title, and once bought are available for 48 hours.
