Batelco Requests Feedback from Customers Regarding its Public Payphones

Batelco, Bahrain’s leading telecommunications company is focused on continually reviewing its products and services to best meet the needs of Bahrain’s residents. As part of this strategy, the Company is requesting feedback from its customers regarding its public payphones that are selected to be removed.
A number of older payphones which are rarely or never used by the public have been chosen for possible removal. These payphones have been marked with stickers and Batelco asks customers to contact them within 60 days of the date of this announcement with any objection they may have to the removal of these specific phones.
Customers are asked to forward their concerns by calling Batelco Customer Care Helpdesk on 196, available around the clock, every day of the year.
“The object of this investigation is to serve our customers better by offering them a chance to raise any concerns they might have with the removal of certain payphones in the selected areas,” explained Batelco Group General Manager Media Relations Ahmed Al Janahi.
