stc organizes staff Padel tournament to boost employee engagement and encourage a healthy lifestyle

stc has organized its first staff padel tournament in 2023 with the aim of boosting employee morale and encouraging an active lifestyle. This tournament contributed to bringing employees together in an enjoyable competitive atmosphere, as 24 teams of stc employees from various departments participated in the tournament. The tournament was held at Padel CT courts and witnessed great competition between the participating teams. At the end of the tournament, the first and second place winners were presented with valuable gifts and customized trophies.
With padel being one of the fastest growing sports in Kuwait and the world, stc organized its staff padel tournament in line with the popular trend, as well as the Company’s involvement with the sport. In 2022, stc sponsored and participated in some of the largest padel tournaments and events in Kuwait. The objective behind stc organizing its own staff tournament was to strengthen the Company’s internal culture by promoting teamwork and healthy competition. The event brough together employees, whether they were participating in the tournament or on the sidelines, in an uplifting atmosphere as they cheered on their colleagues throughout the event.
