Huawei Leads Global ICT Discussions at ITU Telecom World 2012

Huawei’s “Broader Way Forum” brings together industry leaders to improve the socioeconomic benefits of national broadband networks
Huawei, has partnered with an array of thought leaders from the telecoms sector in gearing up for the company’s first Middle East installment of its worldwide Broader Way Forum being held on October 14 during ITU Telecom World 2012 in Dubai, UAE.
In addition to being a platinum sponsor of the overall ITU Telecom World 2012, Huawei’s Broader Way Forum will be one of the chief sessions investigating how to expand the socioeconomic benefits of national broadband networks (NBN) within the Middle East and abroad. The forum will be hosted by Mr. Nigel Pugh, Telco Consulting Practice Head at Ovum, with speakers including Mr. Houlin Zhao, ITU Deputy-Secretary General, and Mr. Haruna Iddrisu, Republic of Ghana’s Minister of Communications.
