STC launches 'Weather Mobile' service

The service is the first of its kind that provides reliable information on weather conditions.
The service is designed to furnish customers with appropriate precuations in the various weather conditions.
Customers can get the Service by sending an SMS.
The service provides SMS, MMS, aerial photos and maps. STC currently works to launch the first application that is compatible with smart handsets and tablets in the Kingdom, with support from the PME.
‘Weather Mobile’ Service is one of STC’s content based services intended for providing breaking news together with daily business, social, sports and educational news.
The new service comes to highlight STC’s desire to be the top content and news provider to its customers.
