STC: Reviewing More than 13 Million Web Pages with Visitors Totaling Over 5 Million

Total visits to STC website www.stc.com.sa and my.stc.com.sa, since launched on Jan 1st, 2013, rose to more than 5 million, while web pages reviewed by visitors totaled more than 13 million. The new websites are easy to navigate, accessible and rich in detailed narration on STC services, solutions, current and future projects. Further, both websites are rested on a new technology combining elegant design, easy use and offering comprehensive information to surfers, customers, shareholders and media people. STC added a Support and Help section offering a host of illustrations that allow facile guidance to customers and to take much of the burden away from STC Call Centers employees. The new websites reflect STC’s strategy that focuses on enriching customers’ experience in respect to multiplay integrated solutions to ultimately provide a seamless electronic portal driven by modern technology.
It is noteworthy that STC equipped “My STC” portal with a host of advanced features including, but not limited to, One-Time-Password feature, Internet credit-balance feature (for both postpaid and prepaid SAWA users), in addition to enabling customers design their home page and add information of their preference every time they visit “My STC” portal via their Home Page “My Bookmarks”. Prepaid customers may track their call history and retrieve the date of recharge and credit transfers to SAWA, in addition to finding out the credit limit of a specific mobile number belonging to the customer, and retrieving passwords of their own chipsets together with other exclusive features.
