Nepal-based Smart Telecom has increased its investment in Redknee’s converged billing and customer care solution to support its next phase of growth. Smart says its revenues have grown by 25 percent since working with Redknee to launch value-added services and promotions.
With the support of Redknee’s real-time, converged billing solution, Smart Telecom says it has led the Nepalese market in launching new services, innovative pricing plans and an advanced customer experience. Redknee says its solution gave the operator the marketing and operational agility to quickly launch new interactive consumer offerings, ranging from new music, news and entertainment services to interactive health services.
