Thuraya to Participate in 28th National Space Symposium in US

Thuraya, the leading international mobile satellite operator will be a key participant at the premier US space policy and program forum, the 28th National Space Symposium. A delegation led by Thuraya’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Samer Halawi will be representing the Company that has market leadership in mobile satellite handhelds, with a 60 percent market share within its coverage area that spans Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia and Australia.
At this event that will be attracting over 9,000 attendees, Thuraya’s CEO will be speaking on a panel on Wednesday April 18th entitled: ‘Satellite Operators and Manufacturers-Part 2’ where he will be relaying Thuraya’s perspective on the Mobile Satellite Services (MSS) industry.
